VillaMaya
VillaMAYA site is very special as it is my birthplace. My late father was a pioneer who cleared the forest land identified as lot3535 today. I love the green orchards followed by Subang airport runaway fronting the villa. It is very entertaining, we grew up watching aeroplane in and out. Not too far, there is a river, home to large birds that dance alongside the landing airplanes.

I’m Rubi Mursib, a retired academician in architecture with a lifelong passion for design, heritage, and sustainability. VillaMAYA is my way of sharing that love with you — a tropical retreat designed for comfort, privacy, and meaningful moments with the people you care about.
Set within a friendly neighborhood of long-time family and neighbors, VillaMAYA is fully walled for your peace of mind. Its bold gateway opens into a serene sanctuary where generous roofs, airy ceilings, and wide openings bring you closer to the gardens and the shimmering three-tier infinity pool. By day, it’s perfect for family fun; by night, the water transforms into a glowing light show beneath the stars.
Every corner here is created to make you feel at ease. Breezy living spaces invite natural cross-ventilation, while cozy garden nooks and pocket courtyards offer quiet spots for rest and reflection. The roof terrace, meanwhile, rewards you with views over orchards and even airplanes gliding into the horizon — especially magical at sunrise, sunset, or under the night sky.

Our homestay is equipped with a pushed back corner sofa, high-speed WiFi, Android Smart TV, and Bluetooth speaker for fun moments with family and friends.
The fully equipped kitchen features an island dining area, refrigerator, hot/cold water dispenser, gas stove & hood, oven, microwave, as well as a washer & dryer.
Enjoy the pleasure of a 3-tier family-friendly infinity pool, beautifully complemented with a garden, terraces, and a garden shower. For a special experience, you can also host a barbecue or steamboat by the pool with our BBQ pit, portable induction cooker, and poolside dining area.
In addition, we offer spacious parking that can accommodate more than 5 cars.

Yes. A 10% non-refundable deposit to lock your intended date.
No, you cannot! No. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 days before check-in.
Yes. A security deposit is required: RM400 for 2D1N and RM500 for 3D2N or more. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out.
No, you cannot! Pets are strictly not allowed in order to maintain safety and cleanliness.
Sorry, our Homestay does not provide a dedicated wheelchair ramp. However, the floor level is not too high. There is also a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, making it suitable for elderly guests and those using wheelchairs.
Yes. There are several convenience shops along Jalan Jati. Ruang 35 Café is located just next door. You’ll also find affordable warongs and eateries run by the locals. We can also recommend a reliable caterer if needed.
